Ember Hope Spera
is thrilled to join Mr. Popper’s Penguins interpreting team! A Massachusetts native, CODA, and full-time freelance interpreter, Ember holds a BA from UMass Amherst. He earned his American Sign Language Interpreting Certificate from Northern Essex in May 2023, where they were selected as the student commencement speaker. Ember’s debut theatre interpretation was The Heart Sellers at the Huntington Theatre. Special thanks to Takiyah, Cassie, WFT, and the Mr. Popper’s Penguins team!
