Skylar Sherman
Skylar is a rising senior at Boston University studying Deaf Education and Psychology. She is so excited to work at Wheelock Family Theatre and combine her two greatest passions: theatre and teaching! Skylar studied acting at LaGuardia High School for Performing Arts in NYC and has performed in many musicals at French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts. Some of her favorite roles include Miss Honey in Matilda the Musical, Belle in Beauty and the Beast, and (most recently) Portia in BU on Broadway’s production of Something Rotten! When she’s not on the stage, Skylar loves arranging music for her a cappella group, teaching at the BU Children’s Center, and hanging with her goldendoodle, Sammy. She is so excited to join the WFT family this summer!
