Austin Kelly
Austin Kelly is a rising Junior at Northwestern University majoring in Theatre with a minor in History. He is a playwright first and foremost, having had two works produced on campus through the Agnes Nixon Playwriting Festival, as well as the Jewish Theatre Ensemble and Vibrant Colors Collective’s “Culture Collab”. Secondarily, Austin is an actor and a performer, acting in various staged readings and devised processes across campus, and performing as a member of the Titanic Players (Northwestern’s premier long-form improv team). He is also a semi-consistent stand-up comic, and a writer of sketch comedy. When not writing or performing, Austin dabbles in sound design, guitar-playing, and ice-cream-eating (which is his true passion). Lastly…he is incredibly excited to be working at Wheelock this summer!
